The combined team of thirty (30) capable and dependable volunteers: a) produced and distributed 1,759 video and audio disks since inception, and b) uploaded videos to the PLCPC website that received, during the past 23 months, 14,306 website visits from over 24 countries to view videos of worship services, sermons, bible studies, and special events. The website visits averaged 622 per month. An Operating Plan was prepared and implementation began in assuming responsibility for the website. The “Recording Ministry” was renamed “Recording Ministry & Media”. Restructuring the website and implementation of procedures to manage the website were initiated.
VIDEO RECORDING
Video recorded Worship Services, Daybreak Bible Studies, and special events
Processed each recording and produced DVD masters
Duplicated each recording and distributed DVD to members who requested DVDs and to those who could not attend Worship Services and/or special events
Uploaded Worship Services, Sermons, Bible Studies, and Special Events to website
Analyzed website statistics and produced reports
SANCTUARY SOUND & HYMN PROJECTION
Operated sound system for each Worship Service and special event
Operated computer and three projectors for Worship Services and special events
LIGHTING
Provided lighting for Daybreak Bible Studies for video recording

Assembled and made cart available for use by Staff and others for video projection

Scheduled and assigned personnel to operate high definition camera, soundboard, and computer/projection for each Worship Service and special event

NOTE: The Recording Ministry was established in memory of Amy Elsie Copeland in 2007. It is privately financed.
